This was my first video
1. Turn on the oven to 400F (200C)
2. Place 4 - 8 slices of bacon in a frying pan set to medium
3. While the bacon is cooking - Chop the onion, peel then slice the potato, slice the tomato, and grate the cheese
4. When Bacon is slightly cooked - remove form heat, place on a blotter then chop.
5. Butter a small oven proof dish
6. In successive layers, place the potato, bacon, and tomato - repeating until all are finished (or you run out of room).
7. Pour in chicken stock - then cover with grated cheese.
8. Bake 45 minutes
