Preparation
1.Optionally preheat oven to 300F and bake cashews on cookie tray for 20 minutes.
2.Start a large pot of water for Pasta.
3.Wash the Cilantro.
4.Peel the garlic.
5.Measure the Oil, cheese, and cashews if you didn't roast them.
5.Put Cilantro, garlic, cashews, oil, Parmesan and salt/pepper to taste. Pulse a few times.
6.Boil pasta, drain and then stir in the cilantro Pesto
7.Serve and Enjoy
