Preparation
1. In a medium pot boil water for rice.
2. when boiling add rice, turn down heat to low cover and leave for 20 minutes.
3. Slice & chop onion.
4. Seed and slice Peppers.
5. Crush or chop garlic.
6. Hull and slice Tomatoes.
7. Cube Pork.
8. Heat oil over medium high in a large lidded pot.
9. Add pork and brown, then remove form pan and set aside.
10. Turn heat down to medium low and add onion. Fry for a few minutes then add peppers, garlic and fry for 3-5 minutes.
11. Stir in Paprika fry for 1 minute.
12. Turn down heat to low, add the tomatoes and reserved meat, cover and let cook for 10 minutes.
13. Serve over cooked rice.
