Preparation
1.Preheat oven to 350
2.Put water on to boil. When boiling add rice, turn down the heat and cover. After 10 minutes open lid and layer on fish. Cover and let rice cook.
3.Chop onions.
4.Put a frying pan on medium, add oil and then onions. cook until soft.
5.Stir in curry powder and let cook.
6.Add peas and cream and let cook.
7.Remove the fish form the rice, flake and add to the curry mixture.
8.In an oven proof dish, add cooked rice and then the curry mixture. Break eggs into the frying pan or a bowl, beat and add to the rice, mixing well. Salt & pepper to taste.
9.Bake in a oven for 35 minutes.
