Preparation
1. Turn the oven on to 400F. Put the following into an oven proof pot with a lid.
2. Peel. slice and coarsely chop the onion.
3. Core, seed and coarsely chop the pepper.
4. Drain the pinto bean and rinse.
5. Add the molasses, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salsa, vinegar and beef.
6. Stir. Cover and bake for an hour - the last 10 minutes uncovered.
