Preparation
1. Put water for corn on to boil. Peel the corn.
2. Cut the ends off the green beans. Put in a microwave-able container.
3. Juice the lime.
4. Chop the cilantro.
5. Put a frying pan on a low burner. Add the oil and press the garlic into it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. When the water is boiling add the corn
7. Turn the heat to medium low, add the shrimp and cook until turning pink.
8. Add the lime juice, oregano, cilantro and chili-garlic sauce and heat through.
9. Microwave the beans.
10. Serve the plate the shrimp, corn beans and baguette together on a plate. douse the shrimp in the cooking liquid, soaking it up with the baguette.
