Preparation
1. Put water for corn on to boil. Start the BBQ.
2. Core and de-seed the pepper. Cut into strips.
3. Core the tomato and slice.
4. Peel the corn.
5. Juice the lime.
6. Trim the fat from the pork chop. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle on garlic powder and lime juice. Pound to 1/3 original thickness.
7. In an BBQ wok add the peppers skin side down. cook till blackened, then flip and cook a moment longer. Transfer to a bowl and cover. Let cool. When cool peel off the skin.
8. Put the corn in the boiling water.
9. BBQ the pork until lightly browned, flip and continue cooking till done. (the pork is thin and cooks quickly)
10. BBQ the buns.
11. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed then slice into pieces.
12. To serve put mayonnaise on the bun, add green pepper then the cooked pork, top with the avocado and sliced tomato. Side with the cooked corn.
