Apple Watercress Salad

Watercress

Apple - Granny Smith

Celery

Nut - Pecan Pieces

ml
Oil - Olive
20
ml
Vinegar - Balsamic
10
ml
Pepper
3
ml
Salt

Preparation
1.
- Cut the stocks from the watercress.
- Chop the leaves coarsely.
- Add to a bowl.

- Cut the ends of the celery, quarter lenghtwise the chop semi-finely.
- Add to the bowl.

- Quarter the apple.
- Core then slice thinly.
- Add to the bowl.
4.
- Pour on the olive oil
- Rub to coat.
5.
- Repeat with the balsamic vinegar.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
6.
- Put on serving plates.
- Top with pecan pieces.
